SOZO Pte Ltd is the official distributor for Kotobukiya products in the region and is known for organising events like Anime Festival Asia.

How to Apply

To become a registered retailer, complete the Retailer registration form

This form is designed to gather essential information about your business to assess your suitability as a retail partner.

Information Required

You are requested of the following:

  • Business Information: Company name, registration number, and business address.

  • Contact Details: Primary contact person’s name, phone number, and email address.

  • Business Profile: Type of retail operation (e.g., physical store, online store), years in operation, and product focus.

  • Sales Channels: Information about your sales platforms, such as website URLs or physical store locations.

  • Additional Documentation: You may be asked to provide supporting documents like a business license or resale certificate.

Terms and Conditions for Retailer Registration

Effective Date: 28 April 2025

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Sozo Pte Ltd.
  • “Retailer” refers to any business entity approved to purchase products for resale purposes.
  • “Products” refer to all merchandise offered by the Company for wholesale purchase.

2. Eligibility and Application

  • Applicants must be legally registered business entities with a valid Business Registration Number.
  • Retailers must complete the official Retailer Registration Form. Submission does not guarantee approval.
  • The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders must be placed through the Company’s designated ordering system.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
  • The Company may impose Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) on certain products.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Wholesale prices are confidential and subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is due in full upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

5. Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Delivery will be made to the Retailer’s specified address.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Retailer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Claims

  • Retailers must inspect products upon receipt and submit claims for defects within 7 days.
  • Returns require prior written authorisation from the Company.
  • Custom orders, clearance items, and marked non-returnable products are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Retailers may use the Company trademarks and marketing materials only for promoting and selling the Company products.
  • Unauthorised use of intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Confidentiality

  • Retailers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information provided by the Company.
  • Disclosure of confidential information to third parties requires prior written consent from the Company.

9. Termination

  • The Company may terminate the retailer relationship at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
  • Retailers may terminate their relationship with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and the Retailer must cease use of the Company’s intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products.
  • The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Retailer for the products in question.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

12. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  • Continued business with the Company constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
